One negative aspect is the lack of a view from the rooms.

The size of the room was good and the breakfast was okay. the hotel was located in a convenient location and close to shops and restaurants which was a plus.

Our Easter stay at the hotel was very disappointing. the furniture was old and broken, and the bathroom was dirty with moldy walls and a smelly toilet.

The hotel is in Riggae area in which no place to eat and/or shop anything. In front of the hotel is empty non-developed deserted area and back side of the hotel is 5th Ring road. If you want to business in Kuwait, I would strongly recommend the hotels in Kuwait City. Plus, the comfort in the bed is very old and flat.

The administrative preparation by the staff was superb. Visa preparation, airport pick up, arrival...all were very smooth.

Celebrating New Year's at this hotel was a great experience! The staff was friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel had beautiful decorations for the holiday season, creating a festive atmosphere. We also enjoyed the convenience of having an on-site restaurant and bar, serving delicious food and drinks. the hotel was located in a prime spot, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas.

We did encounter some issues during our stay. The room was slightly outdated and could use some modern touches.

The service was good and the stasff were very polite. The breakfast wass satisfactory. Coffee shop had a good service.

The hotel was very difficult to locate, the cordinates given for gprs were wrong. The parking was very difficult and limited. The swimming pool was men only and in poor condition, no seats around the pool to sit and relax. The hotel really does not cater for western people.
